Through-coloured render
Self-coloured, spray- or hand-applied one-coat polymer modified cementitious render. Water-repellent silicone admixture for low maintenance and reduced dirt pickup.
Spray-applied system
High-performance spray-applied silicone system designed for fast application on large façades. Two-coat over base coat for premium long-life finish.
Thin-coat system
Silicone thin-coat finish applied over a base coat with mesh reinforcement. Highly flexible and crack-resistant, available in a wide colour range.
EWI system
Light-weight one-coat render specifically designed for application onto mechanically fixed EPS 70 insulation boards. The render finish in K-Rend's full EWI system.
Through-coloured monocouche
Single-coat through-coloured monocouche render, applied in two passes. Spray- or hand-applied, suitable for most brick and blockwork. Weather and algae resistant.
Thin-coat system
Thin-coat decorative finish applied over a base coat and reinforcing mesh. Used as the finish on Weber's EWI systems and on direct-to-masonry applications.
EWI system
Complete external wall insulation system with EPS, PIR or mineral wool insulation, base coat, mesh and weber decorative render finish. BBA approved as a full system.
Spray render
Formulated for spray-machine application. Cuts time on site significantly compared with hand application — particularly suited to large façades and commercial work.
One-coat through-coloured
Through-coloured one-coat semi-lightweight breathable decorative render. Available in 48 standard colours with medium grain finish. NHBC-approved for single-skin external walls.
Fine grain finish
Same through-coloured one-coat system as Monorex GM but with a finer grain, for a smoother visual finish. Suitable for vertical masonry and concrete walls.
Base coat
Grey weather-resistant base coats used beneath Parex top-coats and as part of EWI build-ups. Essential layer for thin-coat and decorative finishes.
EWI system
Full Parex external wall insulation systems with EPS or mineral wool insulation, base coat, mesh, and Parex decorative top-coat finish. Common spec on new-build developments.
EWI system · adhesively fixed
Cement-free EWI system with EPS insulation boards adhesively fixed to substrate. Impact-resistant flexible render finish, available in over 1,000 colours. For storey level up to 18m (11m in Scotland).
EWI system · mechanically fixed
Same Sto Classic build-up but mechanically fixed via Sto Rotofix Plus or Rotofix mini helix spiral fixings. Suitable for masonry, painted substrates, or light steel/timber frame.
EWI · A2 non-combustible
EWI with non-combustible mineral wool insulation, mechanically fixed via Rotofix system. Required spec for many buildings over 11m. Through-coloured Sto synthetic render finish.
Render finish
Sto's flagship through-coloured render finish with Lotus-Effect® technology — biomimetic surface that repels water and dirt. Vapour permeable, weather resistant, over 1,000 colours.
Thin-coat silicone
Ready-to-use full siloxane water-based thin-coat render. Fine (F) 1.0mm or medium (M) 1.5mm grading. Particularly suited to EWI and render board build-ups.
Thin-coat silicone enhanced
Thin structured siloxane-additive water-based coating, 1.5mm medium grading. Applied over PRB base coats. Highly vapour permeable and UV stable.
Monocouche
PRB's through-coloured monocouche applied at just 12mm (vs typical 15-18mm) — less material, faster application, leaner job. BBA certified for warrantied builds.
Base coats & EWI
Full EWI build-ups using PRB Fondisol F, Fondimur, or SC Gris base coats with reinforcing mesh and PRB Crepoxane or Crepisix top coats. 10-year manufacturer guarantee.
EWI system · A1 stone wool
A1 non-combustible mineral wool EWI on masonry substrate, finished with WBS silicone or mineral render. Backed by ROCKWOOL Group expertise. Required spec on many high-rise buildings.
EWI · steel/timber frame
EWI directly fixed to light steel frame or timber frame construction with sheathing board. Non-combustible stone wool insulation, WBS render finishes. Ideal for modern construction.
Modular brick slip system
EWI system with stone wool insulation finished with real clay brick slips for an authentic brick aesthetic over insulation. KIWA / BDA accredited. 60-year durability assessment via BOPAS.
EWI · silicone render
EPS insulation system mechanically fixed via steel top-hat or timber batten support rails, forming a 15mm drained/ventilated cavity. WBS scrim adhesive base coat + silicone finish coat.
